Cheddar Scallion Jalapeño Bread
This is like garlic bread taken to the next level! Slices of crusty bread are spread with a cheddar jalapeño garlic butter mixture, and cooked until golden and melted.
Garlic bread, yeah, it’s good.
But how about cheddar scallion jalapeno garlic bread?!
The flavors going on here are intense.
And it couldn’t be simpler to make.
Just blend up cheddar cheese, scallions, jalapenos, butter, and garlic, and spread it onto your favorite crusty bread:
And bake it until it’s bubbling and cheesy!

Cheddar Scallion Jalapeño Bread
Ingredients
- 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tbsp butter at room temperature
- 2 scallions roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 large slices of crusty bread
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a food processor, blend the cheese and butter until combined. Throw in the scallions, garlic, and jalapeno, and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Process until relatively smooth, then spread it onto your bread. Bake for 10 minutes until bubbly and cheesy. Enjoy!
