Ingredients You’ll Need

For the Dip
1. Mini Marshmallows
2. Butter (unsalted)
3. Milk Chocolate Chips

Recommended Dippers
1. Graham Crackers
2. Strawberries
3. Chocolate Bars
4. Vanilla Wafer Cookies
5. Nilla Wafers

Ingredients: Strawberries, chocolate bar, nilla wafers, vanilla wafer cookies, butter, chocolate chips, marshmallows

How to Make the S’mores Dip Centerpiece

  1. In a small saucepan, melt together the chocolate chips and butter. Stir frequently until combined.

2. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish (I used a 6 inch cast iron)

3. Cover the top of the mixture with mini marshmallows then place the dish in the oven on the top rack. Broil on high until the marshmallows are golden. (Keep an eye on this, it can happen fast)

4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

How to Assemble the Dessert Charcuterie Board

1. In the center of a serving tray, place the s’mores dip.
2. Around the dip dish, arrange the graham crackers and vanilla wafer cookies.

3. Around the dip dish, arrange the graham crackers and vanilla wafer cookies.
4. In the top left and bottom right corners, place the fresh strawberries.
5. In the top right and bottom left corners, place the nilla wafers.
6. In the empty spaces, place chocolate bar pieces and mini marshmallows.

Can I Make This Ahead of Time?

You can fully assemble your board and then pop your chocolate dip and marshmallows in the oven before you are ready to serve

Can i use a microwave instead of the broiler?

No, you wont get the golden brown on the marshmallows like we are aiming for.

Can I double the dip for larger parties?

Absolutely! Just use a bigger serving bowl

Ingredients

Chocolate S'mores Dip

  • 10 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 8 oz Mini Marshmallows
  • 2 TBSP Butter Unsalted

Dippers

  • 1/2 Pound Strawberries
  • 2 packages Graham Crackers
  • 2 Cups Nilla Wafers
  • 1 Chocolate Bar
  • 1 Box Vanilla Wafer Cookies

Instructions 

Chocolate S'mores Dip

  • In a small saucepan, melt together the chocolate chips and butter. Stir frequently until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into an oven safe dish (I used a 6 inch cast iron)
  • Cover the top of the mixture with mini marshmallows, then place the dish in the oven on the top rack. Broil on high until the marshmallows are golden.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Assembling the Board

  • In the center of a serving tray, place the s'mores dip
  • Around the dip, arrange the graham crackers and vanilla wafer cookies
  • in the top left and bottom right corners, place the fresh strawberries
  • in the top right and bottoom left corners, place the nilla wafers
  • in the empty spaces, place chocolate bar pieces and mini marshmallows

Notes

  • You can switch out the nilla wafer and vanilla wafer cookies for fudge stripes, Oreos, etc! Creativity is encouraged!
  • If you want to save the s’mores dip, cover with foil and just reheat in the oven for 10 minutes at 300 degrees F.
