Sriracha Garlic Bread
Classic garlic bread is spiced up with sriracha for a crunchy, buttery side with a little bit of heat!
I know, I know. Sriracha is such a trendy ingredient. But it’s for good reason.
As I mention in my video below, Cook’s Illustrated (the people of America’s Test Kitchen) named sriracha one of the best hot sauces out there.
If you’re not familiar with Sriracha, you might know it by the name “rooster sauce,” since there is a rooster design on the most popular brand’s bottle. It has a very bright and full-flavored heat with a thick consistency, and I think it deserves the cult following it has!
As for the recipe, garlic bread is already a rockstar creation on its own, but the sriracha takes it to the next level. If you’re a sriracha fan, this video and recipe are for you! And if you’ve never tried it, now is the time. Enjoy!

Ohmygosh! I’m just salivating!
This sounds like a great combination – garlic and sriracha, I’ll have to try that! By the way, your blog was the first place I ever read about sriracha a long while ago, and it’s been a staple in my food cupboard ever since!
This looks great!! I have been using Sriracha sauce forEVERRRR! I wonder if some parmesan cheese sprinkled on top would add to the flavor. My sis calls the sauce Rooster Sauce, one day she offered me Rooster Sauce and I was like what??? I saw the bottle and said “OH you mean Sriracha Sauce!!!” Its great on everything from pizza to boiled eggs, to morning breakfast in place of green chiles or salsa.
Doesn’t matter to me if it’s trendy as long as it’s good! This looks sooo good!!
I am loving this spicy bread! Sriracha is a very used ingredient around here so I cannot wait to try this!
Subtle, but genius! Yum, can’t wait to make this!
This is definitely the ultimate bread. I love it, Joanne!
