This simple Fajita Seasoning has a nice balance of herb and spice that's perfect for Chicken Fajitas.
1tbsppaprika(try smoked paprika if you have it)
Mix all ingredients together, until combined.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to use. Spices will generally keep well for a year or two before losing flavor.
This is a triple batch of fajita seasoning. In order to make one batch of my Chicken Fajitas that uses 2-3 lbs of chicken meat + 3 bell peppers + 2 onions, you only need 2 tbsp, which is about 1/3 of this mix. If you desire to make just enough for one batch of fajitas, click on the serving size "3" in the recipe box and change the serving size to "1" and it will automatically adjust the amounts for you.
