This Blueberry Banana Smoothie only requires six ingredients, and manages to be both healthy and delicious. It's a great quick breakfast option and only takes 5 minutes to make!
Ingredients
1cupfrozen blueberries
1frozen peeled banana
3/4cupunsweetened cashew milk
1cupfresh baby spinachpacked
2tbspcollagen powder
1 to 2tbsphibiscus maple syrupor other sweetener of choice*
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Notes
*Use 1 tablespoon if you'd like a slight sweetness, or 2 tbsp if you like it a little sweeter. You can also use regular maple syrup, or omit the sweetener entirely.
