You can make this hot fudge sauce in the time it takes to soften ice cream from the freezer! It only takes 5 minutes to cook and uses simple ingredients.
Ingredients
4ouncesbittersweet chocolate chips
1/2cupheavy whipping cream
1/4cuplight corn syrup
3tbspgranulated sugar
2tbspcocoa powder
2tbspunsalted butter
1/8tspsalt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly, until the butter is melted, about 2 minutes.
Turn heat down to medium low and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Let the fudge sauce cool for at least 5 minutes, until warm, then it’s ready to drizzle over ice cream!
