Lavender Honey Yogurt with Fresh Berries and Toasted Almonds

Yogurt is sweetened with lavender infused honey and vanilla, and paired with fruit and nuts for a delicious healthy breakfast!
Ingredients
1 1/2cupsplain yogurt
3tbsplavender honey*
1/4tspvanilla extract
6ozpackage blackberries
10strawberriesor as many as you want
1/2cuptoasted almonds
Instructions
Stir the lavender honey and vanilla extract into the yogurt until blended and smooth. Taste it. Does it have the right sweetness for you? If not, either add more honey, or drizzle some on top with the berries.
Slice up the strawberries, and place those and the blackberries in a bowl. Pour over the lavender honey yogurt. Top with the toasted almonds, and drizzle a little more honey on top. Enjoy!
Notes
*I already had pre-infused lavender honey, but is is SUPER easy to make your own. All you do is infuse some lavender into the honey, and there are two ways I can see it being done. Option 1, you can use one of those loose tea ball cages, put the lavender in there, and simmer the honey with the caged lavender to your desired strength. The amount of lavender to honey depends on the strength of your lavender (fresh vs. dried), so the best thing to do is constantly taste. If you don’t have one of those loose tea balls (they’re like $1 so you should consider getting one), you could also strain the loose lavender out of the honey with a fine mesh sieve or some cheesecloth. Either way, fairly easy to do.
