This simple Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie is a quick breakfast option that tastes delicious! It gets a great tangy flavor and creaminess from yogurt, and a touch of vanilla.
Ingredients
1cupplain yogurt
1/2lbstrawberriesfresh
1/8tspvanilla extract
2kiwis
1.5cupsice
1/4cuphoneyI prefer sweetening with honey but you could do a simple syrup if you want
Instructions
Peel the kiwis. Cut the stems off the strawberries. No need to cut either the kiwis or strawberries up.
Stick everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Wow. I think those are the shortest directions I have ever written.
Drink your smoothies promptly because they will start to separate pretty quickly. If they do, just give them a little stir. Enjoy!
