Of all the spice mixes in my pantry, this Cajun Seasoning is the one I use the most. It instantly adds bold flavor to salmon, chicken, pork and more!
Ingredients
1tbspsmoked paprika(regular paprika is okay too)
1.5tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tspdried oregano
1tspcayenne pepper
1tspblack pepper
1/2tspdried thyme
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Or, place all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag or jar, and shake.
Notes
Scaling: Use the slider in the recipe box to scale the amounts as desired. I mix up a big batch and keep it in the pantry.Storage:Store cajun seasoning in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 year.
