  • 1 slice toasted white bread
  • 1 tbsp honey spreadable butter
  • 2 tbsp soft goat cheese
  • 2 tsp strawberry or raspberry preserves
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 2 strawberries sliced
