  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 lb strawberries fresh
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1.5 cups ice
  • 1/4 cup honey I prefer sweetening with honey but you could do a simple syrup if you want


  • Peel the kiwis. Cut the stems off the strawberries. No need to cut either the kiwis or strawberries up.
  • Stick everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Wow. I think those are the shortest directions I have ever written.
  • Drink your smoothies promptly because they will start to separate pretty quickly. If they do, just give them a little stir. Enjoy!
