1large English cucumber
1tbspsoy sauce
1tbsprice vinegar
1tbspmiso paste

Instructions
Cut the cucumber into sticks about 4 inches in length, then place in a dish.
Mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, miso, and honey. Pour all over the cucumber sticks, then place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
