Take your PB&J to the next level with this White Chocolate Peanut Butter! It’s easy to make and tastes fresher than store-bought peanut butter.

It’s crazy how much better freshly ground peanut butter is than the jarred stuff.

It’s like a slap-in-the-face reminder from food saying “HEY! I’m always better fresh.”

It’s truer for some foods than others, but peanut butter is one of those examples that you can really notice.

Freshly ground peanut butter is one of my favorite treats to snack on, and I think white chocolate peanut butter is the best possible variation.

Dark chocolate? Nope, leave that to the hazelnut spread. Peanut butter wants to be friends with white chocolate.

And if you make Caramelized White Chocolate for the peanut butter, then it’s even better.

How to Make White Chocolate Peanut Butter:

To make it, start by placing two cups of salted, roasted peanuts into a blender.

Melt a 1/2 cup of white chocolate in the microwave:

Add the melted white chocolate to the blender, and also add vanilla paste (or extract):

Blend it up until super smooth and creamy:

My blender (this one) is very powerful and is able to blend the peanut butter smoothly without oil, but if you have a less powerful blender you may need to add a tablespoon or two of oil to help it come together.

Can Peanut Butter be frozen? Yes, for up to 6 months. But peanut butter keeps for several months in the fridge, so I prefer to keep it in the refrigerator.
