How to Cut Zucchini - On Wooden Board in Small Chunks

It’s amazing how many different experiences you can have eating zucchini just based on how you cut it. You can spiralize it into zucchini noodles, shred it, julienne it, slice into moons, half moons, and so much more.

But today we’re going to cover how to do an even dice.

To start, if you don’t know how to pick a good zucchini from the store, check out my Zucchini Guide for tips.
