New Cooking Videos

I have a couple new videos for you today.  Sorry it’s been a little while, I filmed a couple videos last week only to watch them back and see that they were completely out of focus!  So I did some new ones, and here I have a homemade crouton video as well as how to sear a steak.  I hope you enjoy them!  I have more videos coming later this week, they are all under 60 seconds a piece, and are “quick tip” type videos.  Enjoy!

You did a great job in these videos. Not only did you show people the techniques, but you explained why some of the steps needed to be done. That is the sign of a knowledgeable person with good teaching skills. Impressive.

HI Joanne! I wanted to tell you that I like your videos so much that I was showing a coworker. She loved them too and I think you have another person who’s going to try the bacon cups!

Too funny, I saw your comment just as I was getting ready to comment here. Anyways, I know I keep saying it, but I love your videos. Your tutorial on cooking the steak is great…thank you for the tips! I love the sizzling sound food makes when it hits the pan too, haha. :)

Terrific videos, Joanne! I think we might be twins! If I’m going to eat a crouton – it’s homemade! I like filets and only let them rest for five minutes, but other than that – brilliant minds think alike LOL!

Great videos, Joanne! I’m still super impressed at your willingness to do these. I usually just stand in my kitchen and pretend I’m on a cooking show, LOL!
