One of my goals for 2014 is to focus on nourishing my body with better food, but making sure that food still has a ton of flavor. If there’s one thing I’m terrible at, it’s restrictive diets where you can only eat bland food. It’s totally not worth it!
This Mango Cilantro Chicken is one of my favorite new chicken recipes, and it’s pretty light on calories but has a ton of exotic flavors. Boneless skinless chicken breasts are marinated in pureed mango, cilantro, red onion, coconut milk, ginger, Truvia® natural sweetener, and other ingredients, and grilled until the outer edges caramelize. It’s so good!
