Orange Mojito - With Slice of Blood Orange Garnish and Mint Sprigs
While the majority of football viewers will be drinking beer, you can’t forget about the group of (mostly) ladies in the other room.  I rarely drink but when I do, mojitos are my drink of choice. It’s such a refreshing, clean drink that’s bubbly, minty, and citrusy, and it’s easy to put together.  With all the gorgeous blood oranges in season right now, you can make this fancy pants mojito and have everyone oooing and ahhhing, because blood oranges just seem to jazz up everything they touch.  Here’s how:

Place blood orange segments and fresh mint into a glass.
