Almost Wordless Wednesday: Duck Tacos and Churros Con Cajeta

I was in Tampa this past weekend and had some fantastic food at the Red Mesa Cantina:

Duck Taco – Roast duck, grilled pineapple, goat cheese, cilantro, red chile jelly
Ahi Tuna Taco – Soy orange coulis, wasabi aioli, pico de gallo, mixed greens

Mofongo – Pork carnitas, plantains, yuca, salsa chimichurri

Bombas – Fried potato balls filled with shrimp, jack cheese, Mexican chorizo

– Ground sirloin picadillo, ancho tomatillo sauce, crema, pico de gallo, cotija cheese

Churros with Cajeta Caramel and Chocolate Dipping Sauce

And me having a little fun at the Salvador Dalí Museum…

    Looks to me like you were in St. Petersburg! As the pictures show you at Red Mesa Cantina and the Dali Museum.
